Bioluminescence Bay

You are standing on the cliff above a cove where the sea turns to light. Every wave,
footstep and swimmer down there leaves a trail of electric blue. Follow the red lamps
down. There is a cave of glowing nets in the dunes, and a DJ on a raft you can swim out to.
